Mr. Deepak J. Kothari is the backbone of the company. At an early age of 19, he joined ‘JM Kothari & Sons‘the former name of the company. He has been on the Board of JM Kothari Group since 1979. He is a specialist in rail network operations and has immense field knowledge. With his problem-solving attitude and ‘Calm Mind, Confident Life’ approach, he has been a great example in the pulses and logistics market. His specialty has been in the clearance of pulses and handling huge loads of heavy cargo with ease. Since he spends more time in the field, he often likes to make personal visits to ensure the operations are running hassle-free.
Mr. Manoj Kothari
Mr. Manoj Kothari is equipped with tremendous knowledge about management which makes this duo even better. When he came on board, they initiated JM Kothari Group’s journey of diversification and backward integration in the field of logistics. With his sharpness in business and analytical skills, he has been the hero behind the scenes, working tirelessly to optimize the management skills to the fullest. Today, this duo is leading in providing logistical facilities and operations pan-India and organizing supply chain management solutions.
Mr. Nikunj Kothari
When a young, dynamic and technology-driven leader joins the company, it adds to the energy and spirit of the entire organization. That is what exactly happened when Mr. Nikunj Kothari joined the company envisioning it to expand in every way possible. With this determination, he set up an entire new vertical of Custom Clearance and Freight Forwarding and is successfully managing it all by himself. He is a BBA graduate from DY Patil College and currently pursuing a post-graduation diploma in Custom Clearance and Freight Forwarding at Mumbai university. His thirst for gaining knowledge from this field keeps his inquisitiveness alive, allowing him to become an effective leader.
Ms. Forum Kothari
Forum Manoj Kothari, an enthusiastic and motivated individual, began working with J M Kothari & Sons Tran Pvt Ltd in 2021. With a solid foundation in business leadership, performance evaluation, and time management, Forum is committed to advancing the expansion and achievement of the business. Her MBA from Welingkar institute has given her a strong foundation in marketing, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
With Two year of work experience, Forum has already proven herself as a valuable asset. Forum excels at managing time efficiently, assessing performance, and leading teams. Her effective leadership qualities encourage teamwork for the greatest levels of achievement and quality with a focus on excellence and attention to detail. Forum Kothari has enhanced the performance and growth of the company by bringing two bowser(Reach structure), to the company.

Mr. Jaimin Kothari
Jaimin Manoj Kothari is an energetic and dynamic Director at J M Kothari & Sons Translogistics Pvt Ltd since 2021. Jaimin has experience in time management, performance monitoring, and business leadership, and he is passionate about the growth of the organization. Jaimin, who is presently completing his last year of a B.Com degree at D Y Patil College, has a solid educational background that has given him the capacity to make wise business decisions.With only a year of work experience, Jaimin has already demonstrated his success-related potential. Jaimin excels in leading a team, keeping track of performance, and managing his time wisely to foster a collaborative working environment and as he was very interested in agriculture and in his own land he planted sesame seeds, groundnut seeds and castor oil seeds in three year.
His high levels of inventiveness help him come up with novel solutions, and his passion for farming and agriculture displays his wide variety of interests.
